More About Better Block: Nellie Lutcher Cultural District

Come re-imagine the Nellie Lutcher Cultural District area of Enterprise Blvd by showcasing the food, music, and entrepreneurs of the area. All in hopes to spark a change in the community to create a vibrant and economically thriving neighborhood.

We will be “dressing up” Nellie Lutcher Memorial Parkway between S. Division St. and Broad St. with murals, refreshed crosswalks, temporary storefronts, and playgrounds, temporary outdoor seating – the works. Think of it as a movie set – with props.
