More About Sound Walk at Gabis Arboretum with The Wellness Center

Join The Wellness Center at Gabis Arboretum for a Sound Walk with Dr. Sam Kester and Dr. Jane Bradlaw. On Saturday May 26th, 10am at Gabis Arboretum spend 45 minutes quietly walking and observing the sounds of nature. A Sound Walk focuses on listening to and reflecting on the natural environment. "By listening to natural silence, we feel connected to the land, to our evolutionary past, and to ourselves. Our hope is that by listening to natural silence, it will help people to become true listeners to their environment, and help us protect one of the most important and endangered resources on the planet, silence. This program is free with admission and will meet at the Meyer Memorial Pavilion.

The Wellness Center is a holistic medical office offering Integrative Medicine solutions for healing our community. Our board certified physician, Dr. Jane Bradlaw, offers Integrative Medicine consultations which combine conventional healthcare with evidence-based holistic therapies, including Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Osteopathy, Massage, and Therapeutic Yoga Classes.
