Gabis Arboretum will continue summer yoga classes on Saturdays beginning June 2 from 9am to 10am. Yoga classes are available for purchase in 5 class bundles at $35 for members and $45 for nomembers of the arboretum. There is a $10 drop- in fee. Please register online by the Wednesday before each class date.

Sessions will take place at both the arboretum’s new shelter, the Celebration Rose Pavilion, and the sidetrack stage. The Celebration Rose Pavilion, located in the Bapst Rose Garden, ensures the group will be surrounded by beautiful and colorful rose blooms. The sidetrack stage is along a pine stand full of a singing birds that greet participants each morning. In the event of inclement weather, class may be moved inside or cancelled.

Instructor Debra VanderMolen is a neighbor to Gabis Arboretum. She lives on a small hobby farm nearby. She is a Certified RYT-200 Hour Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist. She is the owner and instructor of Oak Tree Yoga and also teaches at other yoga classes in the community.
