First Responder Mental Wellness Leadership Course

Join the MAAC and Marine Corps Veteran, former police officer, former firefighter, speaker, and author Travis Howze on February 23rd for our Post-Traumatic Purpose First Responder Mental Health Leadership Course.
This event will seek to strengthen key leadership traits, identify warning signs of post-traumatic stress, recognize how much trauma we can handle and still be effective, teach how to handle burnout, show how to thrive with post-traumatic stress, how to handle communicating through trauma, and how to become a mental health resource and planning for our mental health future.
