More About Valentine/Galentine Partner Aerial Yoga Workshop
Get ready for play, laughter, and fun during this Valentine's Day (or Galentine's Day) themed aerial yoga class! Grab your partner, lover, or your best friend, and join Ashely Baugh and Kya Dyer for partner aerial yoga!
You can expect a gentle warm up, strength building poses, deeper release, and play time in this workshop.
No aerial yoga experience required. Please wear full length yoga pants. Can't find a partner? Reach out to us at info@ohmyoga.studio, and we will be happy to help find a partner for you!
*Pre-registration is required as there are 8 aerial silks available. Please make sure you actually register for the event, not just purchase the pass. Click on "view schedule" in the Mindbody app or on the event in the Mindbody calendar and register. If you just purchase the pass without registering, we cannot guarantee there will be an available silk.
