Ladies and gentlemen, join us for evening of yoga, wine and chocolates – just in time for Valentine’s Day! Class will start with a vinyasa based yoga class where yoga instructor, Maria Fisher, will focus on heart opening poses. After class, we will have plenty of time to socialize with wine and dark chocolates. Learn why, in moderation, they can be beneficial for heart health. No previous yoga experience required.
Must be 21+ years to participate.
