The Allegany Arts Council is pleased to present Wet and Dry Blending with Oil Pastels: A Hands-On Workshop for Kids, which will take place Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 1:00PM - 4:00PM. Kids ages 5 & up are invited to drop in any time during the event to learn blending techniques and create 3-4 small pastel projects of their own! Artist Donna Godlove will serve as instructor.
