More About Spring Yoga and Meditation
Gift yourself some sacred time in the morning and tune in to the peaceful vibrations of nature through mindfulness and movement. This gentle practice with Colleen from Persimmon Herb School is rooted in the ancient yogic traditions of deep breathing, intentional exercise, and guided meditation. The pace of class will be slow, challenging the mind to relax and allowing the body to feel safe and grounded.
