Porter County Compost Sites Now Open!

Portage and Boone Grove compost sites open for the season March 20th! 👏

Here's what you can do there:
♻️ Drop off leaves, branches, garden and household plants, or straw
♻️ Pick up mulch, compost, or firewood
♻️ Recycle batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, electronics, and books

Beginning March 20th:
*All three locations are open Monday through Saturday
*Hours for Valpo: 8 am to 5 pm
*Hours for Boone Grove & Portage: 8am to 4pm
