Learn from an American Canoe Association Instructor about what you need to know in order to keep yourself and others safe on your next kayak outing. Learn how prevention is the key to a safe outing; how to avoid potential dangers; develop and practice key self-rescue skills, learn to focus on fast, simple, and low-risk rescue techniques, and develop skills to manage minor in-water incidents. You will need to sign a paddling waiver at the time of registration. Age 18+. Fee: $50 R/NR.
