How it works

Get Started

All compounded formulations require a patient-specific prescription. Ask your healthcare practitioner to submit your prescription to Premier Pharmacy. A friendly pharmacy team member will contact you once we have received your order. If you are expecting a prescription and haven't heard from us within 24 hours of your visit, please call your doctor's office to confirm they submitted the original prescription. New patients are counseled on the proper use of their medications. Free patient follow-ups are available during and after the treatment regimen.

Free Delivery

We want to ensure your medication is delivered quickly and discreetly to your front door, and this is why we provide free 2-day shipping for all compounded prescriptions. Please take time to review all the information in your package, and don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our friendly pharmacy team members with any questions.

Automatic Shipment

Prescriptions are available in monthly or quarterly auto-shipments. There are no signup fees or cancellation fees. You can pause your treatment anytime. Sign up today by completing our secure HIPAA compliant Auto Ship Program online form.

FSA & HSA Eligible

Yes! All of our compounded formulations, regardless of ingredients, are eligible for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Saving Accounts (HSA).

Pharmacy Accreditation

Premier Pharmacy is highly regarded by both patients and healthcare practitioners due to our unwavering dedication to quality and safety. Our commitment to excellence has been validated by our pharmacy accreditation. We are proud to announce that Premier Pharmacy is the sole pharmacy in Tennessee to possess the prestigious National Association of Boards of Pharmacy Compounding Pharmacy Accreditation. Furthermore, we are honored to be among the select 100 compounding pharmacies in the entire nation to hold this esteemed distinction.

National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP)

The NABP compounding pharmacy accreditation program includes a review of business practices, attestation to a code of conduct, and compounding specific requirements. By undergoing NABP accreditation, Premier Pharmacy has met regulatory inspection requirements for nonresident licensure in several states. Given the stringent quality and best practice requirements, NABP accreditation instills confidence in physicians, and patients for continued access and affordability of compounded medications.

Quality Ingredients

Premier Pharmacy purchases all active pharmaceutical ingredients directly from Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors (VAWD), the highest seal of approval for FDA-approved medication sourcing. VAWD accreditation plays a pivotal role in preventing counterfeit drugs from entering the US drug supply: it helps protect the public from drugs that have been contaminated, diverted, or counterfeited.

You Were Created From Scratch... So Why Not Your Medicine?

Drug compounding is the process of combining, mixing, or altering ingredients to create a medication tailored to the needs of a patient by a pharmacist as the result of a practitioner’s prescription drug order. While compounded medications are not FDA-approved, they serve an important patient need—especially when FDA-approved medication is not available for treatment. Our formulations are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness.
