Punctual, professional and meticulously clean!  BDP replaced two toilets and a kitchen faucet for us.  The technicians could not have been more courteous and their workmanship was top notch.  They took great care in protecting the areas they were working in and left the rooms spotless. The office staff was friendly and super helpful. Will definitely use BDP again!

As far as plumbing services go, BDP is one of the best locally operating plumbing services. They truly guarantee quality and professional service. Now, with said, quality comes a certain cost and things being what they are, they tend to be a little higher than the average. But all things considered, it all balances out very well after seeing the quality and timeliness of the service. On a personal note, the plumber who came to our home, Brandon, was absolutely wonderful, offering advice and useful suggestions for future projects that we may have to do. (Water softener, water heater, etc.) We'll wait awhile to consider these, but when we decide to do them, we know what we can expect: quick and easy professional service. Thanks to BDP.

These guys are great. Took me awhile to post this review. The gas company ran gas lines and meters to people's houses who wanted them in my neighborhood. BDP was the company I chose to hook up my furnace to the natural gas. They ran the gas line from meter to furnace and converted my furnace from propane to natural gas. Everything from estimate to permitting paperwork to the job completion was A+.

We used BDP when we renovated our entire house a couple years ago. Their staff was professional and courteous, and they did amazing work on such a large job! So we knew they were the ones to call to install a new water line for us last week. They coordinated everything with the town and the water company.  I was at work myself, but felt totally comfortable with the BDP crew getting the job done well.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  Installed a new curb box, water line and water meter, and had the trench backfilled by mid-afternoon.  The yard looks great and the plumbing work in the basement looks very clean and organized. The next time I need a plumbing job done, I'll have no hesitation calling Dominick and his team!

Great service all around from the phones to the in person installation. Called BDP on a Sunday morning (in full panic mode) with my water heater spraying water throughout my basement.

They offered to send a tech out immediately, but we felt we could have it under control until Monday morning (when their regular hours started). In the meantime, they gave us great detailed instructions on how to shut the water off to the water heater and what we would be able to use in the house.

First thing Monday morning, I didn't even have to call them back, they called me and said that the tech was going to be here in about an hour. Came in, diagnosed the problem immediately (new water heater needed), provided instructions for maintenance, warranty, and water leak prevention in the future.

Great service with not only getting the job done correctly and quickly, but also backing their service with helpful information and maintenance in the future. Will definitely be using them again!

BDP Plumbing is absolutely the best plumbers I have ever seen.  They have remodelled my bathroom.  Unclogged my drains.  Reseated my toilet.  Most recently, they replaced my water heater and my gas burner.  They are right on time for service calls, and they do the job right the first time. I highly recommend BDP Plumbing and Heating!  For over 5 years, we have used their services, and a few of the projects included a second floor laundry room, wall mounted water heater and electric stove to gas conversion. Dominick Bianco and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Joanne from the office is always very helpful and quick to return a call.  For every service appointment, an arrival time  within a short time frame is provided, along with the technician's photo ID. Recently we completed a major project converting our heating system from oil to gas. Dominick provided a detailed estimate, taking time to answer questions and clearly addressing all of our concerns. Over two days, Dom and his crew, Greg and Brendan, built and installed a masterfully crafted six-zone wall mounted gas heater and hot water unit.  It is truly state-of-the-art!  The old furnace and water heater were removed and the basement was left neat and clean.  The final cost was equal to the price quoted. We are so pleased!  BDP's slogan 'Done Once, Done Right' is spot-on and I would recommend this company to anyone.
