    - In Cleveland, Justice has a sound and it’ll be heard loud and clear at the Crop Rocks, Wednesday, June 29 when bands featuring local judges and attorneys start to bang guitars and drums as a fundraiser for The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

Legal Aid provides high quality legal services for low income and vulnerable individuals who need an attorney to protect their shelter, safety or economic security. Legal Aid helps families threatened with homelessness by an unscrupulous landlord, women afraid of an abusive spouse, and veterans frustrated by a government agency denying benefits.

Tickets are $50, with discount tickets available for law students and government employees. Admission includes food and one drink ticket. For tickets or sponsorship information, visit http://www.lasclev.org/2016jam or call 216-861-5217

Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) plays an urgent and exciting role in the city's cultural landscape. As a non-collecting institution and the region’s only contemporary art museum, MOCA is ever-changing, introducing new exhibitions three times a year and creating fresh experiences for visitors each season. Since its founding in 1968, MOCA has presented the works of more than 2,000 artists to our region, often through artists’ first solo shows.

MOCA acts as both conduit and catalyst for anyone seeking creativity and inspiration.

For 45 years, MOCA, Northeast Ohio’s only contemporary art museum, has brought the art and ideas of our time to Cleveland and beyond. MOCA was the first in the region to exhibit the works of vanguard artists like Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, Laurie Anderson, Roy Lichtenstein, and Christo; and we continue to bring the work of emerging and established regional, national, and international artists to our area.

  • | 7:00pm - 8:30pm | Meeting, Depression And Bipolar Wellness Alliance
    - Welcome to The Depression And Bipolar Wellness Alliance. We offer support groups to all those who suffer from depression, bipolar disorder, and schizo-affective disorder. We promote wellness, provide public education, and resist stigma by raising awareness to the plight of the mentally ill. We foster a safe, compassionate environment and invite you to be vulnerable. It's o.k. to be frustrated, to cry, to hurt, or to share stressful life events. People move from illness to recovery, from isolation to lasting friendships. Many members believe that the support of peers is more beneficial than that offered by mental health professionals, or those who do not suffer from a mental illness. Try as they might they simply don't understand. If you're well or suffering your welcome here.
