    TASK Party in Collaboration with Grounds for Sculpture - To celebrate the first-ever International Sculpture Day, the International Sculpture Center in collaboration with Grounds For Sculpture is hosting a free community art party- the IS Day TASK Party on Friday, April 24th from 6-10pm at Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ.

    TASK Parties invite party-goers to come together and transform everyday, raw materials into unique art and cultural experiences. Build a castle from paper plates. Illustrate a poem with tape and aluminum foil. The sky is the limit at the IS Day TASK Party! Internationally acclaimed artist Oliver Herring, founder of TASK, will be in attendance at this free community event.

    The TASK Party is for all ages. Free buses will run from NJ Transit Stations located in Hamilton, NJ and Trenton, NJ to the party at Grounds For Sculpture.     Barbara Boggs Sigmund Award Dinner - Womanspace is privileged to honor Human Rights Activist-Scholar, Minh Dang, for her efforts to stop Human Trafficking at this year’s 21st Annual Barbara Boggs Sigmund Award event. Each year, Womanspace honors a person of distinction who exemplifies the qualities of the event’s namesake, Barbara Boggs Sigmund. On May 14, 2015, Dang will be honored at the Hyatt Regency Princeton on behalf of human trafficking victims.

    Minh Dang has traveled extensively telling her story of survival from child abuse and sexual slavery in the United States. Now, Dang is an independent consultant, trainer and speaker dedicated to supporting, training and organizing survivors of child abuse and slavery.
