More About CajunMan Triathlon
The CajunMan is a tradition for all endurance fiends! 1/2 mile of swimming in Airport Lake, 20 miles of pedaling on the roads of Lafayette Parish, and finishing with a 5K running through the grounds of the Lafayette Regional Airport. Whether a beginner doing their first open water triathlon or an experienced triathlete looking for one of the best races on the Gulf Coast, this is it!!
Race Distances
Swim- 1/2 mile or 4oo meters: This is an open water swim in the University of Louisiana Ski Lake (9 time Division I National Champions).
Bike- 20 miles: The 20 mile bike course is on open roads with some police and volunteer support.
Run - 5K (3.1 miles): Out and back course. Stay to your left along the course.
Relay Teams: Minimum of 2 participants.
USA Triathlon Sanctioned Race
This race is being sanctioned with USAT. You, including all relay team members, must be a licensed USA Triathlon member at the time of registration or buy a one-day license to participate for $15.00 Click HERE to buy it.
