If a Town Planner publisher is currently publishing in your area, you should receive your FREE Town Planner calendar in the mail some time during the month of December.
If you haven't received your calendar by January 1, or would like additional copies, please contact your local publisher.
If there is no active Town Planner publisher in your area, and you are looking for a great opportunity to be your own boss, set your own hours, and provide a helpful service to your neighbors and local economy, why not consider starting your own Town Planner franchise?
Full color photography of landmarks and scenic views from around town is one of the things that makes the Town Planner calendar such a beloved community resource!
If you're a photographer who's proud of your home town and would like your work to be hanging in homes throughout the community, please contact your local publisher to learn more about his or her submission policies and deadlines. As a general rule, it is best to get your photos in as early as possible before all twelve months are taken and the calendar goes to press.
To get started, create an account and wait for your authorization email. When it appears, follow the instructions to authorize and sign in to your account.
Once you're logged in, please consult our PDF on How to Add an Event.
As a general rule, we are happy to accept any family-friendly event submitted in communities where there is no active Town Planner publisher. In communities where there is an active publisher, that publisher may choose to exclude events that are deemed to have inappropriate content, or may reject or charge for events that compete with paying Town Planner sponsors. If you have any questions about the event policies in your area, please contact us.
In general, there is no fee to post non-profit or community events. Because Town Planner is a franchise, however, some publishers may reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for certain events posted in their communities. If you have any questions about the event policies in your area, please contact your local publisher.
If you are/were a Town Planner sponsor, had a membership on one of our old websites, have signed up for our mailing list, or played our sweepstakes, your email address may already be in our system. If this is the message you receive, please use our password reminder tool to get a new password so you can log into your account.
