
More About Hamilton County Parks' Steady Steps Fitness Class
This class focuses on improving balance, mobility, and overall strength through functional movement. Participants will use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and posture balls to build stability, increase confidence, and support safer everyday movement. It’s designed for all fitness levels and encourages steady, sustainable progress. Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays in April at Osprey Pointe Pavilion at Morse Park and Beach. For ages 55+.
