More About The Harmonic Balance Autumn Equinox Ceremony with a Sound Journey
An in-person event. Spiritual direction can be taken from the rhythm of nature to move into inner balance and find an anchor in the present moment for self-reflection.
The Harmonic Balance Autumn Equinox Ceremony with a Sound Journey merges the two spiritual traditions of visioning and meditative sound frequencies: a sacred and powerful way to release challenges and ways of being that are not serving you and allow the emergence of balance in all areas of your life using the igniting energy of the Autumnal Equinox.
This will be an opportunity to reflect the gifts and harvest of the season. Rev Shea will guide the participants in contemplation and journaling, and Amber will create the space for deep relaxation and sonic transformation with Himalayan Singing bowls on and/or off the body, gong, chimes and other instruments. There will be a chance for voluntary sharing.
You are invited to bring a journal. Materials will be available. Bring anything you need to be comfortable and to take care of yourself during the journaling and the sound bath, including pillows, blankets, eye coverings, and water. Chairs will be available.
