Yuliya's journey to success began in Ukraine, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. When she first came to the United States, she lived briefly in New Jersey before relocating to Miami. She earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and started her own marketing and advertising company during her final year of studies. The years she spent running that business earned her both extensive marketing experience and familiarity with the unique qualities that draw home buyers to the area from all over the world.

Devoting her expertise and talents to a new career in real estate, Yuliya began studying market trends and dynamics and attended national and local seminars to expand her knowledge. She firmly believes that keeping abreast of industry developments is crucial to serving her clients in the best way possible.Being proficient in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships with a wide variety of local and international clients, skillfully addressing their unique needs and desires as she goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service at every stage of the listing, sale or purchase process.
