The Greenwood Community Jazz Ensemble returns to Bargersville for an afternoon of big band jazz at Umbarger Plaza Amphitheater!
Join us Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM for a free outdoor concert featuring the full sound of saxophones, trumpets, trombones and rhythm section, plus featured vocalist Diane Tsao.
Diane brings extensive Indianapolis-area jazz and stage experience to the concert, joining the Greenwood Community Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Mark Middleton.
Consider it a special encore to the Bargersville Cultural Soundscapes season, which has brought a wide variety of live music to downtown Bargersville throughout the summer.
GCJE is the big band jazz ensemble of the Greater Greenwood Community Band, bringing the sound, energy and excitement of a full jazz orchestra to audiences throughout central Indiana.
