Eduard Karel Korthals, a Dutch breeder and hunting enthusiast, began assembling the perfect gun dog in his kennel in Germany by bringing together 20 dogs representing seven breeds. The hardworking Wirehaired Pointing Griffon is renowned as the “supreme gundog,” incomparable in the field and known for having an "off-switch" at home.
