More About Friends of Monroe County Public Library
We operate a used bookstore on the first floor of the Library with a wide selection of books, movies, music, art, and more at bargain prices. Proceeds from the Bookstore are used to pay for all programming the Library offers, as well as helping to support the purchase of books to meet patron requests, staff development, and much more.
By becoming a Friend, you make programs and services possible that create the outstanding public library our community expects and relies on. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. All memberships and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
