More About Time for Change: Borgen Project info Session and Action Workshop

Join us for an engaging and interactive session by Neema Chege with The Borgen Project. A nonprofit dedicated to fighting global poverty through policy and advocacy.

This event will cover:
An overview of the Borgen Project and its Mission
Key insights into the Global Fragility Act and the proposed reauthorization
Common misconceptions about Global Poverty and Advocacy
How U.S. citizens can influence policy through advocacy

The Entry Key (encouraged but not required):

Bring at least one of the following:
1 or multiple to make a “sunshine bag” for charity
An old stuffed animal
Packaged creative supplies: crayons, stickers or coloring books
Pre-packaged snacks or non-perishable treat
A handwritten note to put a smile and brighten a child’s day
A new children’s book
