More About Recycled Cycles' Used Bicycle Sale & Donation Event
Need a new bike or want to get rid of an old one? Recycled Cycles is hosting a used bike sale and donation day on Saturday, May 18th, from 10 am to noon at their shop just north of Big Hoffa’s in Westfield. Top-condition bikes will be available at discounted prices, and they will be accepting used bikes of any condition to repair and give away to deserving families. Last year, the group gave away more than 375 bicycles!
DONATIONS
For every bicycle donated, or bicycle supplies and equipment, a tax deductible donation receipt will be issued for the value of the donation. Recycled Cycles repairs child and adult bikes throughout the year under the sponsorship of Good Samaritan Network in Hamilton County. Donations of any used bike will be accepted. Parts of repairable bikes are salvaged to make other whole bikes. All bikes will be inspected, repaired, lubricated and adjusted for safe use. Donation receipts will be issued for any bike purchased or dropped off.
