More About Mary Carreno, Coldwell Banker HPW

Mary is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania and an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Mary earned her Bachelor's
Degree in Child Development and Family Relations at Indiana University of PA and earned her
Master's Degree in Special Education at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. She has been living in
the Triangle area since 1995 and more specifically in Apex since 2000. She is currently wrapping
up a more than 2 decade long career teaching special education in the Wake County Public
School System. She has been developing her "retirement career" at Coldwell Banker Howard
Perry and Walston for 2 and a half years, and enjoys helping people reach their real estate goals.
Mary particularly enjoys helping first time home buyers and people who are downsizing. I also
enjoy helping young families and families with children with special needs explore the resources
