Home games are played on Grinder Field at 2 p.m., across the river from Wood’s Mill at Deep River County Park. Matches are free and suitable for the entire family.

When the umpire calls, “Striker to the plate,” you’ll know you’re not watching modern baseball. The Deep River Grinders play by the original rules of 1858 — a version of the game that feels both familiar and wonderfully different.
