Tanger Outlets Charleston kicks off the school season with its Back-to-School Bash, sponsored by Service Experts, Friday, Aug. 7 from 5–7 p.m. at the Play Park near Banana Republic. Families can enjoy free music, photo ops and kid-friendly entertainment while celebrating their scholars. The fun kicks off South Carolina's tax-free weekend, running Friday, Aug. 7 through Sunday, Aug. 9, with no sales tax on clothing and footwear priced at $100 or less.
