More About Family Exercise and Movement with Ruth Bayardo
Children ages 4-10 and their friends and family
members are welcome to join in and have fun at
this kid-friendly exercise and wellness program!
During each session, participants will get up
and moving, as well as learn about exercise and
other wellness topics. Sessions may also include
stories and other activities. Dress comfortably for
