More About Greatest Bluefish Tournament on Earth Returns to Long Island Sound
The 44th Annual WICC Bluefish Tournament returns to Long Island Sound on August 29, 2026, with fishing beginning at 12:01 AM and concluding at 5:00 PM on August 30. The event features over $40,000 in cash prizes, including a $25,000 grand prize for the largest bluefish, and is open to anglers from Connecticut and New York. Registration is required and can be done online or at designated locations.
