The J House Greenwich will host an evening of deep relaxation and mindfulness during its August 27 Sound Bath and Sunset Healing.
This biofield therapy event offers attendees a unique chance to unwind and reset in a tranquil, candlelit setting unlike standard studio classes. Guests will be invited to gently float in the hotel’s heated outdoor pool while immersed in a therapeutic soundscape.
