➢ 4-day work week Monday Thru Thursday
➢ Opportunities for Advancement (small company benefits)
➢ Overtime available
➢ Work is available during winter months

➢ Rewards for performance (Gas/Merch cards, lunch, etc.)
➢ Pay increases based on performance/experience. Ability to pull a trailer and lawn maintenance experience is extremely helpful for pay rate increases
