Offering the best of the area’s high quality veterinary care to the local community since 1985, LaVale Veterinary Hospital completed a remodeling project in 2012. The new state of the art facility is like nothing found in our area. It is one of the most advanced animal care facilities in the tri-state region.
We are excited to be able to offer the most cutting edge services to our current and new patients with the advances we have made in both technology and space. Our new facility offers private hospitalization wings for canine and feline patients, as well as a closed ventilation quarantine wing.
The hospital features a 3 bay state of the art surgical suite, a recovery suite, and an intensive care suite (with oxygen and heat therapy). The treatment area houses 4 wet/dry tables, 2 dental stations, a full service laboratory and centralized pharmacy. Our radiology suite is home to our digital radiograph unit, and also houses our ultrasound room and a telemedicine station for consulting with specialists. In addition, our comfortable waiting area offers separate entrances and waiting areas for our canine and feline patients.
We are proud to be the area’s only veterinary hospital to provide 24 hour nursing care and emergency coverage. Security and safety are concerns today more than ever, and our technology monitors everything that occurs in or outside our hospital.
The entire team at LaVale Veterinary Hospital views technology as a way to better care for pets and become more accessible to owners. We have pledged to continue to provide clients with the lastest advances in veterinary medicine, while still providing compassionate care. We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, which entails an evaluation of every aspect of our hospital on almost 900 rigorous standards of veterinary excellence. LaVale Veterinary Hospital is one of the 15% of veterinary hospitals in the United States and Canada to have passed the test.
