Sara was born and raised in Egerton and built her health club in 2010 listening to the wants and needs of local patrons. When you walk in, you will feel like you are walking into your own home. Decorated with earthy colors picked out from members, ceramic tiled floors laid down by her husband, father and son, state of art the classroom flooring set by her uncle, shoe department, puzzle table, book library and much more made by members who have formed many friendships because of Sara's social atmosphere she believes in.
Full floor cardio theatre, free weights, functional training, spin, TRX, group fitness classes, use of showers included with all memberships, child sitting during the am, day passes, week passes, punch passes... you name what you need and Sara will make it work according to your desires.
