It all started in 1995 when Fred Ouellette opened his heating and cooling business (HVAC Service, Air Condition Service, Fireplace, Home Generators, Water Heaters, Gas Fire Logs). Fred was dissatisfied with the poor service and questionable business practices of many companies in the industry. He knew that if he built a company based on providing honest answers, showing up on time and guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction that he could create something special. Twenty-three years later and thousands of happy customers have proven him right.
