Job Description: HVAC Residential Installer / Lite Commercial Installations
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, with rotating on-call for weekends
Pay Scale: Based on Experience
Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for applying technical skills and knowledge to install, start up, and troubleshoot new systems. In addition, this person will install ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems within residential settings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Installer of complete Residential and/or lite commercial systems
• Installation of residential and/or lite commercial ductwork systems
• Sheet Metal bending knowledge
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work independently without much supervision, when needed
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Punctual and appropriate dialog with customers
• Willingness to leak and take constructive criticism
Required Credentials:
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
• Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have own tools needed for installation and lite service work
• Ability to handle a physical workload
