The class instructor is Susan Rizer. She gears the class for beginner/intermediate
students, especially the over 40 crowd but all ages are welcome.
Class fee is $6.00 per class or a punch card with 5 classes for $25.00
Bring a thick yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes
