Little Rock is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city's population was 202,591 in 2020 according to the United States Census Bureau.


Little Rock is the birthplace of General Douglas MacArthur and also where the nation’s 42nd president called home.

Little Rock, Arkansas, gained attention during the Civil Rights movement when nine African American teenagers entered the all-white Central High School in 1957.


Little Rock is known for its thriving New South culture, and it is one of the top Arkansas vacation spots.
