More About Dad's Birthday
This young sailor spent his time serving our country in the US Navy during World War 2. Born on the 21st day of September, 1923 in Cleveland, Ohio where he spent most of his childhood. Later he moved to Brooklyn, OH with Mom to start their family. Dad was employed as a candy salesman for many years of his life and in his honor we still to this day remember him by playing his favorite game "bocce" every Labor Day weekend.
