More About Crown Point PACE Department Announces Back to School Travel Softball Team
CROWN POINT —The Crown Point PACE Department is accepting registration for its 2022 Back to School Girls Softball Travel Team.
Each team will play two games per week. Girls Back to School Softball Travel TeamDivisions
• 10U
• 12U
• 14U
• High School (16U-18U)
Games(double headers) will be played on Mondays and Thursdays for the high school division; Wednesdays for the 12U and 14U divisions; and Thursdays for the 10U division beginning Monday, Aug. 29. There is an eight-game guarantee and a single-elimination tournament.
Registration fee: $750 per team

The City of Crown Point was founded on Oct. 31, 1834, by Solon Robinson. At the time, it was known as Robinson’s Prairie, named after Solon Robinson. Crown Point was incorporated as a town on June 3, 1868, and officially became a city 43 years later on June 6, 1911.
