More About Columbus County Agriculture Fair

The 42nd annual fair features exciting midway rides, live music and entertainment, demolition derbies, community exhibits, Flimsy the Clown, talent competitions, booths, vendors and favorite fair food.

Fair highlights:
* Tuesday: Livestock Show & Exhibit (6pm); Spelling Bee (6pm)
* Wednesday: Children's Tractor Pull (6:30pm); Podiac Jack Band (8pm)
* Thursday: Waccamaw Siouan Dancers (5:30pm); Too Much Sylvia (8pm)
* Friday: Demolition Derby (7pm); Kindred, Dustin Chapman & Ryleigh Madison (8pm)
* Saturday: Demolition Derby (7pm); Four Points North (8pm)
* Sunday: Jubilee (2pm)

Fair admission: $8 ($4 on Thursday); free for kids 5 & younger. On Carload Sunday, admission and unlimited rides are just $40 per carload for all legally seated/belted occupants.

Regular-price ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches and taller) are $20 ($16 on Thursday). Ride tickets are also available for $1.50 each, $30/20 tickets, or $60/50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.)

Fair hours: 3:30-11pm Tuesday, 5-11pm Wednesday - Thursday, 3-11pm Friday, 1-11pm Saturday, 1-8pm Sunday
