Join Willoughby Parks & Recreation at Osborne Park Saturday, October 22nd from 12:00 - 2:30pm for a family friendly Halloween event.
Local groups and businesses will be set up along the paved Osborne Park trail to welcome our young community members dressed in their costumes trick or treating!
Please sure to visit the Willoughby Police Department while at the park for a hotdog!
