More About Avenue of Flags, Courtesy of Valparaiso Lions Club
Flags are flown around the downtown square each summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Individuals and businesses sponsor the flags to show Valparaiso's support for our armed forces.
Revenues from this project help the Lions pay for eye exams and glasses for the needy, low vision devices for the visually impaired, scholarships, and community projects. All profits go back to the community.
