Red, White, Blue & You! Celebration

The City of Lake Charles is planning to host the 34th annual Red, White, Blue, & You festival, including a patriotic concert, live music, food trucks, beverage sales, an Armed Forces salute, and a fireworks extravaganza over the lake to celebrate the Fourth of July this summer. This year’s festivities will launch local programming in celebration of America250, a nationwide effort to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Red, White, Blue, & You will be the first event in the year-long celebration, leading up to the 250th Anniversary on July 4, 2026. We plan to increase activities at the Lakefront and heavily involve each military branch, including a flyover from Fort Johnson.
