More About Taylor Ice Fest & Winter Market
We are super excited to bring a new holiday outdoor winter market festival to Cedar Lake! In collaboration with the Town of Cedar Lake & The Museum at Lassen’s Resort
The Taylor Ice Fest is located outdoors on the town grounds at 7408 Constitution Ave.
You’ll find your favorite local artisans, bakers, amazing food trucks as well as one of our favorite farmer families, Dotsons Farm offering fresh Christmas decor!
Bugaboos will be on site offering 5 signature adult beverages such as mulled wine, spiked hot cocoa etc.
Several warming areas will be provided for our shoppers in warming tents with heaters and with multiple bonfires throughout the grounds.
Keep the faith ranch will have their horses and ponies dressed in Christmas attire and ready for the children to ride!
Local choirs and carolers will be staged as well as roaming thru the fest. If you are interested in joining us with your local school or church with your talent, please reach out to Kelly Dykstra at cedarlakefarmersmarket@yahoo.com
Santa will arrive on the Taylor ice truck and will be available for picture taking inside the museum at Lassen’s resort (exact time of his arrival will be announced closer to the date).
Several children’s activities will be taking place as well. There will be a complimentary candy cane hunt, cookie decorating area and other parks department sponsored activities to be announced.
Shuttles will be provided to and from the town grounds from an offsite parking area close by (exact location and further instructions will be announced as the date gets closer).
