More About Children's Theatre: The Hobbit
Writer J.R.R. Tolkien wrote the Hobbit in 1937 and takes the audience on an adventurous quest with Bilbo Baggins. Bilbo directs a group of dwarves and the wizard Gandalf to fight the dragon Smaug who as stolen the treasures from the dwarves. Bilbo discovers a magical ring as this tale unfolds more mysteries.
