More About Golden Valley - Run the Valley Race & Walk
Lace up your running shoes and register for Run the Valley! All proceeds from the event support the City’s Community Services Commission, which allocates the funds to non-profits that serve Golden Valley community members in need.
RACE SCHEDULE:
- 7:45 am: 0.2-mile Kids Fun Run,
- 8:00 am: 10k run
- 8:10 am: 5k run
- 8:15 am: 5k walk
The 5k and 10k races will be chip-timed. The race begins and ends at Brookview Park and winds through residential Golden Valley.
Register online by Friday, April 19. In-person registration takes place at Brookview and must be completed by Friday, April 19 at 2 pm, or on race day between 7–7:45 am. Mail-in registration (including all fees) needs to be received by April 19.
