More About Santa Letters 2023 for Crown Point Residents

Celebrate the holidays with a letter from Santa! Santa's Helpers will create a personalized letter to send to your child straight from the North Pole!

This free program is for Crown Point residents who live within city limits only. For questions on residency, please call the PACE Department by 219-661-2271.

If you have multiple children, please fill out ONE form per EACH child. All requests MUST BE received by 4 p.m. CST Friday, Nov. 24.

More About City of Crown Point

The City of Crown Point was founded on Oct. 31, 1834, by Solon Robinson. At the time, it was known as Robinson’s Prairie, named after Solon Robinson. Crown Point was incorporated as a town on June 3, 1868, and officially became a city 43 years later on June 6, 1911.

Crown Point is the seat of Lake County and is considered "The Hub," of Lake County.

Currently, the City of Crown Point is home to about 34,000 residents, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau. Our staff works hard every day to, "Build a Stronger Community from Within."
