More About The Fig Tree Benefit Lunch

“Sharing Stories: Empowering People” is the theme for The Fig Tree’s Benefit Lunch, celebrating its 40th anniversary, which will take place in the Globe Room of Gonzaga University’s Cataldo Hall on Friday, March 8. It will begin with a lunch buffet at 11 a.m. The program will take place from noon to 1 p.m. For those unable to attend in person, it will be live-streamed.
The program will include four speakers – Bob Bartlett, Catherine Ferguson, Maurice Smith and Maria Gaines, along with an overview video on the theme by Hamilton Studio. Co-founder Mary Stamp will share some words and Marijke Fakasiieiki will invite guests to give. The lunch will end with distribution of door prizes.
The goal is to raise $42,000 to support The Fig Tree, Resource Directory, website, social media, educational events and new media that include a networking email listserv, a podcast and emerging media.
