More About Cheese & Charcuterie Board Styling with The Gourmet Goddess
The Gourmet Goddess is revisiting and old favorite and heading to 2 Old Goats for a fun and delicious evening to celebrate Mother's Day!
Grab your gals and hang out with us on Thursday, May 9th, 2024 for this hands-on workshop learning how to style your own beautiful cheese board.
The Gourmet Goddess, Katie Sannito, has been offering her popular cheese board styling workshop since May of 2019 and just held her 100th workshop this past November! Creating beautifully delicious boards and grazing tables are a regular part of her private event catering business and she wants to share all her favorite things about it with you.
She will take you through how to select your cheeses, how much to buy of each, the perfect cured meats (and 2 ways to fold them!) and all the delicious accoutrements that will make your cheese board a thing of beauty.
Then, you'll let your inner foodie loose as you style your own board to take home.
Individual cheese samples along with tasty refreshments will be available to enjoy. And as always, The Gourmet Goddess' famous truffle salt poporn.
Cost - $85 per person (plus taxes and fees).
Your swag includes:
*slate tile to build your cheese board on AND take home!
*Formaticum cheese storage bag
*The Gourmet Goddess' cinnamon sugar glazed pecans
*sample jar of Earthling Bee Co. honey with mini honey dipper
*GG's exclusive styling guide so that you'll have all the details at your fingertips.

Class Notes
*All ingredients for each guest's cheese board will be individually packaged. There will be no open food bowls.
*Gloves will be provided for each guest to use if they wish when styling their cheese board.
