More About Health and Wellness Expo
The 2024 Health and Wellness Expo will feature guest speakers and healthy cooking demos along with health screenings and lots of vendors. A photo booth and art booth will be available as well as free Bento boxes for the first 250 participants. Look for lots of prize drawings and giveaways! Join us on Thursday, May 2 from 2 pm to 7 pm at the Cumberland YMCA.
